Subscription Refunds

We strive for your satisfaction. Full refunds for subscription charges are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal provided the service has not been used. Requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.


Discounted & Promotional Plans

Any subscription purchased under a promotional offer or at a discounted price is non-refundable.


Service Interruptions & Technical Problems

If you experience outages or technical issues arising from our platform, contact our support team. Following an investigation, we may offer a refund, credit, or other remedy at our discretion.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing, but your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for part of a billing cycle.
